Even Devendra Fadnavis lied or gave wrong information when he claimed that IPC304 was applied in the first FIR itself. Later on Police admitted that the bailable IPC304A was applied in the first FIR. The accused was also allegedly helped by NCP MLA Sunil Tingre to cover up the case. Of course Arnab will not mention this because they are his political masters. Still Arnab is doing more than others. Why doesn't Arnab ask for the Police station CCTV footage to be released and everything will be clear.
